Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from No Risk. No Story. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to help.

 

Refunds:

- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Exchanges:

- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@norisknostory.co.uk to initiate the return process.

2. Pack your item securely, including any accessories or tags.

3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

Refund Timeframe:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
